A flameproof control panel is an enclosed electrical panel built with a strong, rigid housing (usually cast aluminium or steel) that: Contains explosions inside the enclosure. Prevents flames from escaping to the outside atmosphere. Allows hot gases to cool before exiting through flame paths. Even if an electrical fault causes an internal explosion, the enclosure ensures the external hazardous atmosphere is not ignited.

“SAIEX” flameproof control panel is a special type of electrical control panel designed for hazardous (explosive) environments, where flammable gases, vapors, or dust may be present. Its purpose is to prevent any internal spark, arc, or heat from igniting the surrounding atmosphere.

 A flameproof control panel is an enclosed electrical panel built with a strong, rigid housing (usually cast aluminium or steel) that: Contains explosions inside the enclosurePrevents flames from escaping to the outside atmosphere. Allows hot gases to cool before exiting through flame paths. Even if an electrical fault causes an internal explosion, the enclosure ensures the external hazardous atmosphere is not ignited.

 Gas Group: IIC, Temperature class: T6, Zone: 1/2 & 21/22. IP Protection: IP 66 as per IS/IEC 60529: 2001. 
Colour: Epoxy Grey 631 (Other option Pebble Grey 7032, 7035 & Pure White 9010). Gasket: Endless Molded Neoprene
