“SAIEX” Flameproof Reactor Vessel Lamp (Switch Type) is a hazardous-area–rated inspection light installed on reactors, vessels, or tanks, where the lamp is manually switched ON and OFF using a flameproof switch instead of a timer.
It is designed to safely illuminate the inside of a reactor in environments containing flammable gases, vapors, or solvent fumes, without becoming an ignition source.

“SAIEX” f Flameproof Reactor Vessel Lamp (TIMER TYPE) is a hazardous-area, explosion-protected inspection light specifically designed for reactors and process vessels, with an in-built or external timer that automatically switches the lamp ON for a preset duration and then OFF.
This design improves safety, lamp life, and thermal control in flammable environments. It is a flameproof (Ex d) reactor inspection lamp equipped with a timer mechanism (mechanical or electronic) that: Turns the lamp ON only when required. Automatically switches OFF after a set time
The lamp provides temporary internal illumination of reactors where flammable gases, vapors, or solvent fumes may be present.
